HAUL Agency, the trading name of Stage Fright Management Pty Ltd (ABN 64 655 785 881) ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit the partnership application we collect the details you enter: name, company website, email, role, business type and stage, turnover range, objectives, marketing budget, timing and free-text answers. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your application, to decide whether we are a fit, to run and improve this website, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Netlify and delivered to our email. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We may share information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Information is stored in our email and business systems with access limited to HAUL staff who need it. Some providers store data outside Australia.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, through the application form on our contact page. You can opt out of analytics cookies in your browser settings.
