Consistency is what most logistics marketing lacks. A burst of posts, a quiet three months, a blog that stopped in 2023. We run the calendar so it never stops, because the buyer who needs you in nine months is deciding today who they remember.
Two jobs, one calendar
Capturing the buyers searching now. Around 5% of your market is looking for a provider at any given moment. SEO and AI-search articles put you in front of them at the exact moment they search, on Google or in ChatGPT. The articles answer the questions buyers actually type: what happens to a container after it leaves the port, detention and demurrage, 3PL or in-house warehousing. One well-built article a month compounds, and each one is written to be quoted by the AI engines as well as ranked by Google.
Staying in front of the other 95%. The rest of your market will need you eventually. LinkedIn’s B2B Institute and the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute put it at 95% out of market at any time, and Dreamdata’s 2026 benchmarks found 81% of the B2B buying journey happens before a salesperson is involved. Consistent company content keeps your name in their head, so when the tender lands you are the first call. We map every post to one of four audiences, existing staff, existing customers, future staff and future customers, so the people who keep the business running never hear silence.
What we run each month
A planning workshop to open the engagement and a content plan each month after it. Posts written, designed, scheduled and published across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. One SEO and AI-search article. Graphic design for the sales documents, capability statements and one-pagers your team needs. Your newsletter, from list to send. A dedicated account manager, access to Pete’s creative direction, and full usage rights to everything we make.
How it is measured
Brand awareness from Search Console and GA4, leads from your CRM, revenue from your accounts. Monthly reporting in plain numbers, with the plan adjusted from what they say. Arrow Transport grew revenue 53% in the first twelve months of this rhythm. Border Express saw website traffic rise 455% and LinkedIn followers 233%.
Questions we get asked
Which platforms do you manage?
LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram as standard, with YouTube and TikTok added where the content suits. LinkedIn carries the buyers; Facebook and Instagram carry recruitment and the local community.
How many posts a month?
Company socials run at least once a week on each platform, plus one SEO and AI-search article a month. The mix is set in the monthly plan and adjusted from the reporting.
Who approves the content?
You do, in a shared calendar, usually in a few minutes a week. Nothing goes out under your name without sign-off.
Do we need to supply photos?
Not after the first shoot. Our content creation day builds the library the calendar draws on, and we top it up with your own site photos as they come in.
How do you measure return?
Three sources: search visibility and website behaviour from Search Console and GA4, leads from your CRM, and revenue from your accounts. Reported monthly against the plan.
