Paid Advertising

Meta and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at the buyers and the drivers you want.

Paid ads work in logistics when the targeting is right and the offer is clear. They fail when a generalist agency runs the same playbook they use for a gym. We run two kinds of campaign: recruitment, where paid social has replaced the job board for a lot of operators, and lead generation, where the buyers are a known, small audience and the ad is never the first time they have seen you.

Recruitment

Meta does what Seek does, at a fraction of the cost. Drivers, forklift operators, allocators and warehouse staff are on Facebook and Instagram every day, and a campaign built around the real job, with footage from your own depot, reaches them where they are. One driver recruitment campaign we ran spent $1,219 to earn 150,000 impressions, 6,958 clicks and 579 applications, and placed eleven drivers. The applications land in your inbox or your ATS, and we tune the targeting weekly on cost per application.

Lead generation

LinkedIn campaigns aimed at the people who buy freight, warehousing and customs services, by title, company and industry. They work best backed by content from your own executives, so the prospect has seen your name in their feed before the ad arrives. Google Ads where search demand justifies it: Border Express took 153,000 Google Ads clicks over our engagement alongside the organic growth.

Retargeting

Most visitors leave a logistics website without enquiring the first time. Retargeting keeps your fleet, your proof and your offer in front of the people who have already been to the site, for a few cents per view, until they are ready.

How we run it

Strategy and audiences first, then creative and copy built from your own footage, landing pages that convert, weekly optimisation, and reporting that shows spend, leads and cost per lead in plain numbers. Paid acceleration sits on top of a working website and content base; we do not run ads to a slow site.

Questions we get asked

What budget do we need?

Recruitment campaigns produce results from a few hundred dollars a month in media. Lead generation on LinkedIn needs more, because the audience is small and the click is expensive. We size the budget to the goal and report cost per result weekly.

How quickly do recruitment ads work?

Applications usually start within days of launch. A driver campaign can fill a seat inside a fortnight when the ad shows the real job and the depot.

Do you run Google Ads?

Yes, where there is search demand for the service. For most carriers the strongest paid channels are Meta for recruitment and LinkedIn for buyers, with Google Ads added for high-intent searches.

Can we run ads without the rest of the marketing?

You can, but ads to a slow website with no proof on it waste money. We treat paid as the accelerator on top of a working site and a steady content rhythm.
